Hamburg, December 9, 2021: Clean Logistics SE (formerly known as SendR SE, ISIN DE000A1YDAZ7) is growing significantly by strengthening its management with renowned experts from the field of vehicle technology. From January 2022, a total of three new Chief Officers (Operations, Technology and Business Development) will support the current management team around CEO Dirk Graszt in further expanding Clean Logistics' business activities.
As Chief Operations Officer (COO), Tom George will lead the operational business of Clean Logistics SE from January 1st 2022. In addition to the areas of after-sales and services, Mr George will also be responsible for the company's marketing and IT. The graduate engineer in vehicle construction is deeply experienced in international business development at the management level and will primarily drive the continuous development and optimization of processes within the company at Clean Logistics. Tom George most recently worked as Director of Global Business Development Commercial Vehicles at IAV GmbH, where he drove the global development of the commercial vehicle business.
Florian Brandau will take over the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), also from January 1 2022, and will be responsible for the research and further development of Clean Logistics products. As a qualified electrical engineer with a comprehensive understanding of innovation and the international commercial vehicle market, he complements the management board with well-founded expertise in his field. Florian Brandau has many years of experience in leading positions in the field of project development, among others. Most recently, Mr Brandau was Director Commercial Vehicle E-Mobility at IAV GmbH.
The appointment of Dr Jörn Seebode as Chief Business Development Officer from January 15 2022, completes the management level of Clean Logistics. In addition to the business development strategy, he also manages the human resources and strategic purchasing department. As an expert in the commercial vehicle market and its future technologies, the mechanical engineer knows about the high demands the industry places on human resources. By filling the position with Dr Jörn Seebode, Clean Logistics sets an example for the importance of this area. Like Tom George and Florian Brandau, Dr Seebode worked at IAV GmbH beforehand. There he held the position of Senior Vice President Commercial Vehicles and was responsible for global sales and business development for all commercial vehicle customers.
